Payment Details:
Under 3 years of age – $11.50
Over 3 years of age – $14.50
Parents will have the option to pay Up Front or via Direct Debit.
What happens next?
Once we receive your completed enrolment form, we’ll prepare and send you a detailed agreement outlining all terms and conditions of our program. This agreement will need to be reviewed and signed to confirm your enrolment and secure your booking.
Scope of Services
- Program: Play Skill agrees to provide health and fitness based educational programs to the Early Childhood Centre on a seasonal basis. These programs include age-appropriate physical activities, exercise routines, and educational components.
- Sessions: Play Skill agrees to provide weekly health and fitness based educational sessions detailed in the program provided. These sessions will be 15 or 30 minutes long and a qualified coach will be running these sessions.
- Communications: Play Skill agrees to provide the Early Childhood Centre with weekly communications and seasonal resources relating to the sessions planned, skills and development of each child.
- Instructors and Equipment: Play Skill shall provide qualified instructors with a valid working with children’s check. Play Skill will provide age appropriate equipment for each session and maintain this equipment to a safe standard.
- Safety: Play Skill shall ensure the safety and well-being of the children participating in the programs.
